Matsumoto can be visited in one day.

1. Matsumoto City Museum of Art
The Polka Dot Auntie Museum is a great place to stop and take photos outside if you're short on time. However, if you want to go inside, there's an entrance fee, and photography is prohibited inside.

2. Sioribi
Just a short walk from the museum, you'll find this coffee shop. Stop by and enjoy the atmosphere. The shop is like an art gallery. Personally, I wasn't too impressed with the coffee.

3. Matsumoto Castle
When in Matsumoto, you can't miss Matsumoto Castle. You can walk around the castle to take photos, but if you want to go inside, there's an entrance fee. My friend said the stairs are very narrow, and there are fake floors outside the castle.

4. Hangout Coffee
I love brunch here. It's delicious. Go and have some! ❤️ #visitmatsumoto #matsumoto #matsumotocastle #matsumotocitymuseumofart #coffeeinjapan #traveljapan #explorejapan
