Zuiganji Temple is the most famous attraction in Matsushima. There are several areas that require an admission fee, with the most popular being around the Seiryuden Hall. Despite the entrance fee, it remains crowded with visitors. The two rows of cedar trees from the front of the temple to the main gate are also quite beautiful, but the large number of people makes it difficult to take photos. Transportation: 10-minute walk from JR 'Matsushima Kaigan' Station, or a 3-minute walk from Matsushima Pier.
