Nagasaki Ramen Restaurant, Hiiragi Ramen Tomato Ramen that is even more delicious thanks to the hot sauce

#I tried quite a variety of foods in Nagasaki. Most of them had a history related to the opening of the port, but I tried a relatively recent trendy food that was different from these foods. It was #TomatoRamen from #Hiiragi (#らーめん柊).

You can find it by walking a little from Nishihama-no-machi bus stop, and it was a rather plain restaurant compared to its reputation. You choose what you want to eat from the machine at the entrance, buy a ticket, and give it to the owner to start cooking, which was a typical ordering method for a Japanese restaurant. However, the food I received after that was not typical at all. It was a tomato-based red soup ramen with a good aroma and grilled eggplant as a topping, and I had to add a uniquely sour and spicy hot sauce to it!!

That's how I tasted Hiiragi's tomato ramen... It was magical that the more I sprinkled the hot sauce, the tastier it became. This is my personal opinion, but I dare say that it is the best #Nagasaki restaurant, #Nagasaki ramen restaurant.
