The Nagasaki Okunchi Hall, located within Glover Garden, is dedicated to preserving and showcasing Nagasaki's unique cultural expressions, particularly the renowned Nagasaki Okunchi Festival. This centuries-old festival is influenced by both Chinese and Western cultures.
The building itself is a large hall, while retaining traditional design elements, making it particularly captivating. The hall features interactive exhibits, audio-visual presentations, and original props for Okunchi dance and floats. Particularly impressive are the detailed miniature models and authentic festival stages, where live explanations of the festival's intricate movements and choreography are provided.
