Pilgrimage to Atsuta Shrine, Nagoya

[Atsuta Jingu Shrine] Because it represents one of the three major shrines in Japan, its size is second only to Ise Jingu Shrine in Mie Prefecture, and the last is Heian Jingu Shrine. It is said that Atsuta Shrine enshrines the three sacred treasures of Japan: the Kusanagi sword, the Yasakani no Magatama, and the Yata no Mikagami, and is a god that symbolizes authority and military power. Entering the shrine from the main gate of Atsuta Jingu, the South Gate, there are dense trees on both sides. There are many Japanese people visiting the shrine today. There are also many people at the amulet and demon-breaking arrow sales counter nearby, which shows that the shrine is revered by the Japanese.
