This is a special visit to the main shrine that can be entered when visiting Kasuga Taisha Shrine. There is a fee, but it's highly recommended as it allows you to see the main shrine up close.

Access 📍
From JR Yamatoji Line or Kintetsu Nara Line "Nara Station," take the Nara Kotsu Bus (to Kasuga Taisha Honden) for approximately 11-15 minutes and get off at "Kasuga Taisha Honden."
Alternatively, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (City Loop Outer Loop) for approximately 9-13 minutes and get off at "Kasuga Taisha Omotesando." From there, walk for approximately 10 minutes.
