[Taipei] Historic sites you should visit when you go to Tamsui

Visited in May 2023
* Fort San Domingo
No. 1, Lane 28, Zhongzheng Road, Danshui District, New Taipei City

It has a history of over 300 years and is said to be one of the oldest buildings in Taiwan☺️

It was originally built by the Spanish in the early 17th century, then by the Dutch, and from 1867 it became the British Consulate. It continued to serve as a consulate during the Japanese colonial period, and was returned in 1980. It has been open to the public since 1984✨

It has become a tourist attraction that most people who visit Danshui for tourism stop by😊
