Tiantong Temple, the top temple in Ningbo.

During the summer vacation, the high temperature in Ningbo continued, and I chose to come to Tiantong Zen Temple in the evening;
Tiantong Zen Temple is one of the two most famous temples in Ningbo (for the introduction of Ashoka Temple, you can see my other Zhejiang travel notes). It was built in the Western Jin Dynasty and has undergone various changes. Now it maintains the pattern of the Ming Dynasty, and the expansion of the scenic area has brought some changes. It is said that it used to be able to drive directly to the gate and the pagoda. Now it can only go to the visitor center parking lot, walk in from the gate, and if you want to save effort, you need to buy a sightseeing ticket to enter the mountain.
Under the setting sun at dusk, the temple is quiet, the green smoke is curling, everything is so lost and beautiful.
In particular, a group of Arhat statues have been preserved in the ancient temple. As one of the five famous temples of Zen Buddhism in China, national treasure cultural relics, and key temples, it is really worth a visit.
