Soba restaurant in Niseko, Hokkaido

There are many soba restaurants around Niseko in Hokkaido because the water is clean.

There are many famous restaurants, but I went to the popular one, Handmade Soba Ichimura.

The restaurant opens at 11:00, so I lined up before opening.
The parking lot filled up in no time.

You can choose between 100% soba and 28% soba.

Since soba alone was not enough, I ordered tempura separately, but I forgot to take a picture and ate it in no time (lol)
