✈️ Penang Hill is located on a hill, 860 meters above sea level, allowing you to see the view of Penang Island, Georgetown, almost the whole city.

✈️ The highlight here is probably taking the train up the mountain. Because the mountain is very steep, there is a tram built up. If you can choose a seat, I recommend the front because you will see a very beautiful view. But let me warn you that this train goes very fast, the road is very steep, like riding a roller coaster.

✈️ Because it is a popular tourist attraction, the queue to get on and off here is very long. You have to wait a long time, especially if you come on a holiday. You may have to wait for 3-4 hours. Therefore, I recommend coming on a weekday instead.

✈️ The atmosphere from the top shows the city view, the sea view (unfortunately, the day we went, there was heavy fog, so we didn’t get to see the sea view). There are also tourist attractions on top, not just the viewpoint. There are also mosques, temples, museums, restaurants, and the air up there is very good, cool and comfortable, different from down below, like a different city.
