[Yamagata Prefecture] Ginzan Onsen

I visited in early December, and the snow got deeper as I entered Yamagata Prefecture. As I climbed the mountain, the snow got so deep that I wondered if it was safe.
The road narrowed, the snow was deep, and it was cold, so there were few people around.
In that sense, the view of the hot spring town from the downstream side of the Ginzan mine, reminiscent of the Taisho era, is a symbolic view of the hot springs and very charming.
To protect this view, there is apparently an ordinance to preserve the townscape.
I would like to see it lit up at night someday.
