🌿 Special features of the Frog Temple in Fukuoka
• It is a Shingon sect temple with a history of over 1,300 years, founded during the reign of Empress Kōken in 729 by the saint Gyōki. 
• The highlight is the more than 5,000 frog statues, which the head abbot once brought jade frogs from China as a model and later invited people to donate and collect many, which became the identity of the temple.
