Honmachi is the business center of Osaka city, right outside is Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station, just 🚇 two stops to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, super convenient transportation!
The surrounding facilities are also very complete, with a yakitori restaurant downstairs, a 7-11 convenience store and a large supermarket 🛒 nearby, so no worries about shopping or eating.
The hotel opened in 2019, the facilities are quite new, the rooms are bigger than I expected, large luggage can be laid flat, the bed is very comfortable and soft, and I slept very well at night [sleepingR]. The window soundproofing is also good, so you won’t be disturbed even by the street noise; the minibar even has a coffee machine ☕️, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with an electric toilet and bathtub as standard, and the toiletries are also very high quality.
The buffet breakfast has a wide variety, the STITCH restaurant’s buffet features local Osaka ingredients, the miso soup and Japanese-style side dishes are very good, and there are also Western-style toast 🍞, fried eggs, salads, etc. However, buying it separately is a bit expensive (3800 yen/person), so it’s more cost-effective to book a package with breakfast included.
The large public bath on the second floor ♨️ is a big plus!! It has both indoor and outdoor areas, soaking in the outdoor bath at night is super healing, and you can even see a small patch of sky when you look up. The indoor area is a bit bigger, and it’s better to avoid peak times for a better experience [facepalmH].
The gym is also pretty good, fully equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells 🏋🏻, and more, meeting all your daily workout needs.
The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, they even gave a delicate cookie upon check-in, and they patiently help solve any problems every time.
