About a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station, "Yakiniku Kyojutei," tucked away in a back alley in Soemoncho, is a hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant where you can savor A5-ranked Japanese Black Beef and exceptionally fresh offal.

Based on the concept of "relaxedly enjoying authentic meat," our chefs carefully grill Japanese Black Beef and rare cuts delivered directly from Shibaura. The restaurant also pays close attention to its sauces, including the Kyoto-originated wash sauce and ponzu sauce.

The premium tongue is thick yet incredibly tender, with the flavor unfolding with every bite. The premium Skirt Steak is fragrant and juicy, highlighting the sweetness of the meat.

The grilled shabu-shabu boasts the melting fat of the marbled Wagyu beef, perfectly balanced with the refreshing ponzu sauce. The tongue shabu-shabu is refreshing and perfectly paired with green onions. The mino salt has a delightfully crunchy texture, and the tsurami sauce's rich flavor is addictive.

The wagyu beef yukke mixed with a beautiful egg is rich and luxurious. The kimchi platter is the perfect palate cleanser, and the refreshing sudachi hiyashi noodles are the perfect finale.
