Located on the 4th floor of the Ebisubashi H+ Building, about a 3-minute walk from Namba Station, "Unagi no Nakasho Namba Branch" is a directly managed restaurant run by Nakasho Shoten, a long-established wholesaler founded over 90 years ago.

Using the Kansai-style grilling method, which involves "grilling without steaming," the eel is quickly grilled over high heat, resulting in a crispy, fragrant exterior and plump, juicy interior.
This exquisite dish features eels that have been soaked in well water pumped from 200 meters underground and topped with a secret sauce that's constantly added to.

The whole eel is used, with fragrant skin and thick, fluffy meat. The fat is exquisitely distributed and blends wonderfully with the sauce. A luxurious yet satisfying dish that you won't tire of until the very end, this is truly our signature dish.

Rice topped with a generous amount of shredded grilled eel allows you to enjoy different flavors with the condiments and broth. Enjoy it as is, with condiments, or as dashi chazuke (tea broth), this dish is highly satisfying. The broth's aroma is also exquisite.
