Go to the Flyer Exclusive website, which is a campaign page on Trip.com.

We booked our flight to Phuket and booked a hotel for 3 nights, so it met the conditions.
Full price for 3 nights, including tax, was 4,971 baht.
Reduced to 4,135 baht.

Splitting with a friend, it came to 2,067 baht per person.
(That's 689 baht per night per person.)
For a 5-star hotel, there's a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. So many great facilities.
For us, it's a great deal!
