Qixingtan is the only county-level scenic area in Hualien County, also known as Crescent Bay. It features a fault-formed strait and a beautiful curved bay, offering rich natural and cultural landscapes. The seawater is crystal clear and blue, and the black pebbles are shiny and translucent. From here, you can enjoy a distant view of lush green mountains, creating a serene and breathtaking scenery.
