The northernmost point of Japan, the floating island of flowers, Rebun Island

I went to Rebun Island, the northernmost point of Japan!

I took my car on the ferry from Rishiri Island!

You can go around the island in 2-3 hours✨A car is essential!

On the day I went, I gave up because of the thick fog,

but it seems that 300 kinds of alpine plants bloom in abundance from the end of May to August✨

I couldn't wait to see the Rebun-usuyukisou (edelweiss)😢

For lunch, I went to Chidori, which is a one-minute drive from the ferry terminal, and ate some Atka mackerel chanchanyaki🤤❤️

It's on a different level from the Atka mackerel you eat in the mainland

The meat is thick and I can't forget the taste of eating it with the original miso

If you go to Rebun Island, please try it!

And the thing that moved me the most was seeing wild seals🦭!

Kandano Misaki on the north side of the island!! This is the spot where you can see seals!

You can see them with the naked eye, but you can't see their expressions, so I recommend bringing binoculars! Please bring them! I was so soothed to see the lazy seals! You have to climb a few steps from the parking lot, but the view from Cape Sukai was amazing! I'm sure if it was sunny, it would be like Switzerland in Japan✨

Finally, I'd like to introduce the wonderful text on the poster for Rebun Island✨

Why does the wind blow the little flowers? The hills are bathed in light and quietly head towards the sea. At that moment, the flowers gently embrace the island
