🕌The sacred beauty of Samarkand! Be enchanted by the Shahi Zinda tombs✨

I was deeply moved by the mysterious atmosphere and breathtaking beauty of the Shah-i-Zinda mausoleums I visited in Samarkand, Uzbekistan! ✨This is my top recommendation!

This is a place where mausoleums built from the 11th to 15th centuries are lined up along narrow streets. It is one of the oldest Islamic ruins in Samarkand and is also known for the shrine of Kusam ibn Abbas, the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad. For this reason, it is a very sacred pilgrimage site for the people of Uzbekistan. (I actually was there 😳)

As soon as you step inside, you will see magnificent mausoleums decorated with blue tiles. The harmony of the tiles, each with a different pattern and color, was as beautiful as opening a treasure chest 🎨💎 No matter where you cut it, it's a picture, so it was really fun to take pictures 📸

The intricate decorations applied to every detail give you a sense of the high level of skill and aesthetic sense of the craftsmen at that time. It was a truly special place where you could experience the depth of history and faith in a quiet and solemn atmosphere.

If you visit Samarkand, the Shah-i-Zinda mausoleums are a must-see spot.
