[Hokkaido/Sapporo] A stylish cafe where you can enjoy Japanese tea and Japanese sweets

🥢Sobo Saryo
📍Sapporo, Hokkaido (5 minutes walk from Hosui Susukino Station)

This time I ordered
・Melty Basque Cheesecake Plain (950 yen)
・Hojicha (650 yen)
️📝

The Basque cheesecake wrapped in fluffy white cream has a big visual impact🍓
A strawberry sits on top, making it super cute💯
The inside is sandwiched between Basque cheesecake, strawberries and cheese cream, and it has a subtle sweetness and a very elegant taste✨️
It's moist and rich, but light on the palate, so you can eat it all in one go☺️

We also had hojicha, which is carefully brewed one cup at a time.
The deep flavor spreads softly with a fragrant aroma.
It goes perfectly with the sweets, and it was a tea time that I could enjoy to the lingering aftertaste💕
I'd like to visit again🥰

✍️It's open until 1:00am, so it's perfect for a night cafe! It's nice to be able to enjoy sweets at night in a relaxed atmosphere.

We visited while traveling, so there was a hotel, so we were able to relax and enjoy the evening✨️
