This tofu shop is famous for its Sankaku Teigi aburage (fried tofu). It is often featured on TV as Sendai's soul food. It is a popular shop with many autographs of celebrities.

Access: Take bus 10 from Sendai Station West Bus Terminal → From the last stop Jogi, walk for about 5 minutes in the direction of Jogi Nyorai Sanmon, or drive for about 40 minutes from Akiu Onsen

We drove through the mountains, along the dam, to get there. Even so, many people came just for this shop. The fried food was crispy and filling, and we ate it with soy sauce and spicy furikake. It was delicious😊
