Lucky enough to visit Seogwipo's "Yongmeori Coast"

📍Location: 112-3 Sagye-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju

📍On my fourth trip to Jeju, I finally managed to enter Yongmeori Coast after deciding to visit. The weather needs to be good, and the waves must not be too strong for entry. Just because the weather is clear doesn’t mean you can go in—it really depends on luck.

📍The name "Yongmeori" (Dragon Head) comes from its resemblance to a dragon’s head entering the sea.

📍The emerald sea, volcanic landscapes, and the view of Sanbangsan Mountain combine to create a stunning natural scenery. Once you visit, you’ll immediately understand why it’s designated as a natural monument.

📍It takes about 30–40 minutes to explore quickly, or around an hour if you take your time.

📍Be cautious as the waves can be strong and there are quite a few water puddles along the way!
