《Bongeunsa Temple》
Located across from COEX in Gangnam District, Bongeunsa is a historic Buddhist temple founded in 794. It is famous for the largest Maitreya Buddha statue in Korea, standing 23 meters tall. However, the temple grounds are vast and offer much more to explore!

This beautiful Beopwangru Pavilion can be passed through underneath, as shown in 📷️6, so make sure not to miss it. You can also enter through the side entrance, as shown in 📷️5.

Inside, there are over 3,000 Buddha statues enshrined for worship. Additionally, the temple features stunning ceiling paintings and other attractions. Known as a spiritual power spot in Seoul, Bongeunsa Temple is a great place to recharge your energy!
