[Akira Bag] A special meal for a special anniversary! 🎂

I wanted a special meal to celebrate my anniversary, so I went to Akira Back, located in the Four Seasons Hotel.
Situated within the hotel itself, the space felt luxurious, and every single light fixture was stylishly designed. From the moment I stepped foot in, I felt a sense of excitement.

What particularly impressed me was the creative menu, which incorporated exotic ingredients into dishes that embodied Korean identity.
Rather than simply Japanese, the dishes were a true expression of Chef Akira Back's unique sensibility, making them a feast for the eyes and the palate.

For example, the spicy seafood nabe udon was packed with fresh seafood like lobster, shrimp, and scallops, making every bite truly luxurious.

Another highlight was the anniversary lettering service!
The beautiful clam-shaped monaka ice cream came with the couple's initials engraved on top. It was so cute and thoughtful.
This made for a wonderful opportunity to capture the moment in photos, and the meal itself felt like an event in itself.

The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent, and I was completely satisfied.
