Shanghai Weekend | Reverse Travel | Off-the-beaten-path Ancient Town in Jiangnan

Recently, reverse travel has become popular. Last time, I was scared by the traffic jam and parking issues at the Gongqing Forest Park, so this time I decided not to blindly follow the popular spots and instead explore those hidden gems
Navigation to Qingxi Ancient Town usually leads to the entrance of the parking lot, which is very parking-friendly with a rate of 3 yuan per hour, a rare find in Shanghai, I guess. Also, they say you can park on Qingcun South Road
At the end of the parking lot is the entrance to Yichi Garden (South Garden Store), where you can rest and have afternoon tea, enjoying the charm of a Jiangnan garden. The ancient town is not very big and not too commercialized. We walked in a counterclockwise direction, and circling around brought us back to the entrance
