Entering the gate, on the left side of the courtyard is an ancient stage with carved and gilded dragons and golden pillars, and on the right side is the Ming Dynasty official hall, the Five Phoenix Building, with a plaque inscribed with "Da Fu Di" in the hotel lobby. The Five Phoenix Building is grand in scale, with "five rooms in front and seven rooms in the back, three entrances and two patios", and the Book Fragrance Pavilion houses hundreds of selected Chinese and foreign books, covering philosophy, religion, collections, calligraphy and painting, etc.

35 villa rooms surround the Five Phoenix Building, all with panoramic courtyard views and private gardens.
Four types of rooms: 18 Yangting Pavilion, 9 Dongli Pavilion, 4 Chiyuan Pavilion, and 4 Tinglan Pavilion.
Comfortable large beds, all with arched roofs of black awning boats, top-of-the-line floor heating, island bathtubs, Nespresso coffee machines, constant temperature toilets, and Bose sound systems.

The all-day dining restaurant is located next to the landscape pool, with a beautiful environment. The restaurant offers a la carte all day, with a focus on Shanghai cuisine, combined with the local water town cuisine of Zhujiajiao, Qingpu, to provide guests with a wide range of dining options. The restaurant also features works by artist Xu Zhe and traditional Chinese wood carvings, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The snack bar offers a buffet breakfast, with many Shanghai specialties made to order.
