We had a sweet encounter with the afternoon tea at Hyatt Regency Chongming.

Allow everything to happen and grow slowly, find your own rhythm, and enjoy the ordinary life. I love going to Chongming for a weekend getaway...
Hyatt Regency Chongming is located on Chongming Island, about 1 hour's drive from downtown Shanghai. It is close to a golf course and surrounded by Dongtan Wetland Park, Dongping National Forest Park, and Lavender Park. The experience is really great.

We had the chance to try their beautiful afternoon tea, which looks like a spring oil painting. The desserts are colorful and full of spring vibes.
The desserts are naturally sweet and not too sweet, which is perfect for this special afternoon tea.

The coffee and desserts are a perfect match. The bitterness and sweetness are intertwined, which is my favorite afternoon tea. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the atmosphere more relaxing. The photos taken in the light and shadow are beautiful.

When you enter the hotel, you will see a small garden with a small bridge and flowing water, full of greenery. You may also encounter some cockatiels, which are cute and lovely. It feels like you are in a fresh and natural forest, which resonates with the beauty of nature. I haven't felt so relaxed for a long time.
Hyatt Regency Chongming is designed in a modern Chinese style, which blends with the surrounding environment and is connected by wooden Chinese corridors. The rooms are also a highlight. Each room has a spacious outdoor balcony with a swing sofa, where you can enjoy the sun, tea, and a daze.

This is the best choice for a weekend getaway. I had a great time relaxing and enjoying my sweet time here.
