The early bird catches the worm and Iโm so glad I did wake up early for the gorgeous view of Shanghai at the break of dawn. Do this to see Shanghai in a different light and cycling is a must-do activity in the heart of Shanghai.
1.Huangpu River Waterfront
Bike along the Huangpu River, enjoying views of the Bund skyline and the modern skyscrapers.
Tip : To get to the Pearl Tower side of the Bund, take a ferry across ,use Alipay app to pay, for spectacular views.
Rating - 4.9 / 5
2. Former French Concession:
Bike through the Former French Concession, with its charming artistic architecture, tree-lined streets, and hidden cafes and unique boutiques.
Rating - 4.7 / 5
3. XinTianDi
Xintiandi in Shanghai is a vibrant, pedestrian-only area known for its blend of modern and traditional aesthetics, offering a mix of high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment. While Xintiandi itself is primarily a pedestrian zone and not a place for bike riding, it can be incorporated into your cycling tour of Shanghai.
