Lazy Man's Choice - Charcoal Grilled Skewers

Finally, I went to #白玉串灣. The #自動灣火烤鴨 (rotating charcoal grill) is perfect for lazy eaters.

We ordered the signature kebab set for two, which comes with 19 skewers (beef ribs, Iberico pork belly, and chicken cartilage). With the main course, a cold side dish, and a drink, it's enough for two to three people.

The Baiyu skewers are marinated with fruits and vegetables, making them incredibly tender and juicy. The Huichun skewers are marinated with spicy seasonings, each with its own unique twist. I also ordered a bunch of bananas, which turned out like eggplants after grilling!

For main course, I chose cold noodles. The beef bone broth is paired with springy buckwheat noodles and toppings. It's slightly sour and spicy, and delicious. It's a great option on a hot day!

The vegetables were also quite plentiful, with refreshing cucumbers and baby cabbage.

Drinks included in the set menu include rice wine, kumquat lemonade, or a sugarcane, reed root, and water chestnut drink. For those who prefer a hot and soothing drink, try the sugarcane, reed root, and water chestnut drink. It's perfectly sweet and soothing, clearing away heat and moisturizing dryness.
