I stayed at your hotel from June 21 to 22, 2025, and I write this post to express my great satisfaction and sincere gratitude for the stay.

Charlie Ling from the Guest Relations team is especially worthy of praise. As our personal butler, I was extremely impressed by his service attitude and professionalism. From the beginning of our stay, Charlie took great care of our needs. His warm hospitality and caring service made us feel at home and truly experienced top customer service.

In addition, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The room was spotlessly clean and the layout was warm and comfortable, which allowed us to get enough rest during our trip. All of this reflects the excellent room management level of your hotel.

Throughout the stay, whether it was the front desk, restaurant or other department staff, everyone showed a high degree of professionalism and friendly attitude. Their efficient and thoughtful service together created an unparalleled accommodation environment.
