Crab season, no feast without crab! Xianyan All-Day Dining Restaurant is themed after the "One Pot Freshness" delicacy of Xin'an, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Incorporating the Shatoujiao Fish Lantern Dance, a nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage, the hotel's design concept blends Shenzhen's traditional culture with modern aesthetics, incorporating freshness into its cuisine to present a feast of savory flavors unique to Shenzhen.

Chef Yu Xincheng, with the theme of "crab," has selected a variety of fresh ingredients from various crab regions, presenting a crab feast that blends tradition, innovation, and fusion culinary essences.

[Crab Roe Noodles]
Golden crab roe is simmered into a topping and gently poured over the noodles. The fresh and sweet flavor is fully absorbed into the soft and chewy noodles. Each noodle is coated with fresh and rich crab roe, creating a rich and satisfying dish.
[Stir-fried Crab with Ginger and Scallion]
Selected live crabs are firm and plump, with the roe being rich and fragrant. Stir-frying with ginger, scallions, and spices brings out the crab's natural flavor.
[Steamed Hairy Crab]
Tender and tender crab meat, rich and plump crab roe. Steaming is used to restore the original flavor of the ingredients.
[Fried Seafood]
A selection of fresh local three-eyed crabs, clams, razor clams, and other fresh seafood. Prepared to order by the chef, it can be customized. Pairings of your choice
