Shenzhen Travel Guide

In Shenzhen, a must-visit place is Yantian, accessible directly by subway. Don’t just know about Dameisha! Besides Dameisha, Yantian has many fun and beautiful spots.

Haishan Station, a place with both mountains and sea, is also a spot I visit repeatedly and always enjoy.

Haishan Station Exit A
Lighthouse Library is free and requires no reservation
Named because "books are lighthouses standing in the vast ocean of time," both the outside and inside of the library are beautiful—it's a paradise for book lovers.
Of course, it’s also a great place to bring kids in summer to read and rest.

Yantian Central Park is free and requires no reservation, featuring a big octopus castle slide.
The park also has lawns suitable for camping.
There are many coconut trees in the park; the coconut groves combined with the blue sky and sea make for great photos.
Seaview Park is free and requires no reservation.
It’s right opposite the Lighthouse Library, facing the mountains of Hong Kong.
Take a stroll along the seaside boardwalk, enjoy the mountain and sea scenery, very chill. These three places are connected, so it’s easy on the feet and mom’s energy.
Enshang Wetland Park
Take the Shanhai special line from the entrance of Yating Bay Hotel to Forest Reception Hall to reach Enshang Wetland Park.
Enshang Wetland Park is known as Shenzhen’s Altay, located at the foot of Wutong Mountain Forest Park, a natural internet café!

Yantian Market Subway Station is five stops from Haishan Station.
Yantian Seaside Boardwalk, suitable for cycling and walking.

For families with kids, you can also take a cruise from Golden Pier: a 55-minute round trip, viewing Yantian Port and mountain-sea scenery. Adults 110 RMB, children half price.
