Sharing my breakfast buffet experience at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT Hotel ☕️ 🍞

The InterContinental Shenzhen OCT Hotel, with its Spanish-style architecture, exudes a strong resort atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is near a goldfish pond; sitting by the window, you can watch the goldfish swim leisurely, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

The breakfast buffet offers an extremely rich selection, encompassing Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Southeast Asian flavors to satisfy diverse tastes. Chinese dim sum, a Western bread section, wontons, noodles, burritos, various fried eggs, fried dough sticks, soy milk, porridge, and more are all available—a dazzling array.

The freshly squeezed juices are particularly outstanding, with a wide variety including mango, dragon fruit, and kiwi, all freshly squeezed for a delightful taste. There are also homemade yogurt and mango smoothies, smooth and refreshing. The cold brew tea is also refreshing and pleasant, especially suitable for guests who don't crave sweet drinks.

The food quality is also evident. The Portuguese egg tarts were crisp and crunchy, with distinct layers; the signature pineapple bun was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with an irresistible aroma of butter; the wontons had thin wrappers and generous fillings, served three at a time, a perfectly portioned serving. The fruit selection was equally impressive, with the cantaloupe and guava both sweet and juicy, clearly carefully chosen.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, a variety of family-friendly activities, a clean environment, and attentive service, showcasing the high standards consistently provided by an international brand.
