In 2024, we finally came to the "Shirakawa-go" that we have known about for a long time! The scenery I often saw on postcards when I was a kid finally came into view!
Before, I read and looked at how to get here by public transport? I always think it’s impossible! It’s really too complicated. First of all, you have to choose the one that suits the season. If there is no direct train, you have to book a bus. . . Unexpectedly, after talking about it for several years, we are finally here! Very happy and excited! I spent three to four hours walking around here and the time flew by!
