Street Food in Shirakawa-go

Among the street food spots in Shirakawa-go, the most famous ones are the croquettes and ice cream sold on the main street. The croquettes are priced at 300 yen each, and they are savory and incredibly crispy, making them absolutely delicious. They even have a flavor that might make you crave a beer.

Next up is Shirakawa-go ice cream! While the sake ice cream is more famous here, I opted for the Hida milk ice cream. Both the sake ice cream and the milk ice cream are priced at 500 yen.
