Where to find Singapore’s best soufflé pancakes

If you are the type of person who enjoys fluffy and bouncy pancakes like me, I highly recommend this restaurant at Bugis Junction that specializes in making the perfect Japanese soufflé pancakes. Literally the main thing on their menu.

You can have these pancakes in either a savoury or sweet dish. I opted to try them with eggs benedict and wow, did it taste good! Soft and mildly sweet, plus the eggs were cooked wonderfully. Definitely check this out (but do know that prices are on the high side too)!
