“The Long Corridor Bar inside The Londoner Macao is themed 'Victorian Time Corridor,' recreating the scene of a 19th-century European train station platform. The 45-meter curved bar counter displays over 2,000 antique barware pieces, and the liquor wall showcases rare Macallan whisky from 1870. The signature cocktail 'Orient Express' is based on Portuguese port wine, paired with lychee foam shaped like caviar made using molecular gastronomy techniques. Every Friday night, the 'Steampunk Jazz Night' features musicians dressed in vintage uniforms playing antique saxophones, accompanied by a dome ceiling star projection. The bar also invites a Scottish quaich holder to offer single malt tasting courses. In 2023, it was selected for the 'Asia’s 50 Best Bars' list, with a single-day maximum capacity exceeding 800 guests.”
