Exceptional First Stay at Raffles Hotel Singapore

My initial visit to the renowned Raffles Hotel Singapore certainly won’t be my last. The service was outstanding—right from arrival to departure. We truly valued the meticulous attention to detail; it’s evident that the hotel management spares no expense to ensure every guest is well cared for. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary tour led by Mr. Nazir. It was highly informative, teaching us a lot about the hotel's history, including a visit to the presidential suite that had once hosted the late King of Pop! The around-the-clock butler service was incredibly accommodating, making us feel truly pampered. There are many staff members we wanted to commend—especially Vicky from reception and the valet team—but we couldn’t gather all their names. It’s rare to find a hotel where every staff member is ready to serve with genuine dedication. Although the cost is steep, you definitely get more than your money’s worth. As for the room, it was nicely sized. We appreciated the separate living area and bedroom, although we thought Chromecast functionality on the TV would be a great addition. We opted for in-room dining on the final night; the meal was delicious, with ample portion sizes and excellent flavor. Our package included breakfast at The Tiffin, where cold dishes are self-serve and hot dishes are an ala-carte buffet. We absolutely adored the laksa, mee goreng, and nasi goreng. An unexpected treat at breakfast was the availability of fresh whole coconuts. Service at breakfast was superb, with the Manager frequently checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory and greeting guests by name. Overall, my partner and I immensely enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning.
