Sokcho's Traditional Charm and Scenery at Gaetbae and Abai Village

During my trip to Sokcho, Gaetbae and Abai Village were must-visit attractions. Riding the Gaetbae across the sea while feeling the refreshing breeze doubled the excitement of the journey, offering a short yet unique experience. The view of Sokcho's sea and surrounding scenery from the boat was stunning in photos, but seeing it with your own eyes was even more moving.

Upon arriving at Abai Village, you can feel the quaint charm of traditional buildings and narrow alleyways. The village is dotted with delightful restaurants and cozy cafes, allowing you to leisurely explore while immersing yourself in the local culture. Especially, tasting the village's specialty dishes added to the joy of the trip.

Gaetbae and Abai Village in Sokcho are destinations that should definitely be included in any Korean travel itinerary. They offer a perfect blend of tradition and scenery, allowing visitors to fully experience the unique charm of Sokcho.
