🔹 Transportation: Self-driving or carpooling is recommended in Western Sichuan; for Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, you can take the high-speed train round trip from Chengdu
🔸 Food: Mainly Tibetan cuisine (yak meat hot pot) and common Sichuan dishes
🔹 Clothing: Light and warm clothing is key, such as a windbreaker/down jacket + comfortable shoes + sun protection gear
