Excellent Stay Experience

Staff (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) The personnel were exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and quick to respond to requests. I genuinely appreciated the company and service provided—every member did an outstanding job. Food & Beverage (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Breakfast featured a wide array of selections. Cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. were always spotlessly clean. The fresh fruit was beautifully displayed, truly boosting my appetite. As a coffee aficionado, I thoroughly relished the coffee served. The breads, like croissants and waffles, were delicious with a nice variety. Although I generally avoid heavy dishes, the mie ayam was a must-try—it tasted fantastic, we even ordered more! My little brother also really adored the nasi goreng. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating, including a few names I recall: Faisal, Pingkan, Cesa, Yanto. Facilities & Services (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) While I didn't explore everything, the pool really stood out to me—it had a Bali-like vibe and I loved the ambiance. The quality of room service and dining was excellent. Room (executive) (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Slept very comfortably; the bed and the whole room were comfortable, simply amazing. The bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub, adding a nice touch. Overall: A terrific stay with warm staff, tasty food, and fantastic amenities. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking business, family time, or relaxation. My dad frequently visits for meetings, which is why I mention business. (I enjoy photographing things)
