Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant that has been in Taiwan for ten years
It has been awarded one Michelin star for 12 consecutive years from 2010 to 2021. It is a must-eat food in Hong Kong in the early years❤️

I tried the Xindian and Taoyuan stores in March, so I took advantage of the promotion to try the Tianmu store 🥰

Activity information: limited to 40 people per day on weekdays, $699+10%
You must make an online reservation first. No phone reservations or waiting lists are accepted.

The ordering method is to place the order and then the service staff will deliver it. Each round does not include drinks, and each round is limited to 10 items.

You can mark your seat before entering the venue and hand it over to the service staff directly😎

Today, four people are dining, and the store is open to 15 items (if you waste more than 200g of food, you will be fined $$, so please order according to your ability)

Regardless of the number of people at each table, dim sum is served in 2 pieces, rice rolls are served in 3 pieces, and other items are served in a bowl, a plate or a cup.

There are currently 3 drinks, iced lemon tea, Hong Kong-style milk tea and barley water, all of which are sugary cold drinks. You can order water separately

Today I ordered 5 rounds of about 70 dishes, including drinks, there are nearly 40 dishes to order, which increases the choices a lot🥳

The top three favorites today are the baked barbecued pork buns with crispy skin, chicken with mushrooms and mango sago. The first and last two are must-orders in Tim Ho Wan’s Sham Shui Po store in previous years🥰

Other recommended dishes include fresh shrimp siu mai, jade truffle shark fin dumplings, good luck ice and fire pineapple buns, chicken feet, radish cake, careful lava fried dough, lava buns and pineapple fried tofu. They are all delicious and worth a try❤️

It is recommended that four people order 90% of the menu. The dishes are served quickly without delay, and you can enjoy the food comfortably.

This time the menu has a lot more carb bombs, it's really satisfying🥰

What’s special is that the red bean paste in Tianmu store is red bean soup!
