I didn't expect to see cherry blossoms in full bloom in Taipei in March.

#TaipeiHotspring When you step into Beitou Geothermal Valley in summer, the air is still filled with the fragrance of sulfur, the steaming hot spring pools are bubbling, and the fiery atmosphere is exactly the same as it was more than a decade ago. The only change is that the fragrant sausage stall at the entrance is gone. The lack of oil fragrance but more tranquility makes the memory clearer - the scene of laughing and joking with friends while eating sausages is like falling puzzle pieces, which are now slowly pieced together in the steaming mist.
Walking alone in Beitou, I found that this is a secret place for solo travelers! Starting from Beitou Park, the green trail connects the wooden Beitou Library and the Japanese-style hot spring museum. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the Geothermal Valley. Watching the hot springs gushing out green spring water, even if you are sweating profusely, your heart is filled with happiness - it turns out that the heat of summer can really warm up memories~
Remember to avoid visiting on Mondays, the park will be closed for cleaning, and free admission at other times! When the sun shines through the leaves onto the stone road, I sit by the pool alone, listening to the sound of the boiling spring water, and suddenly I feel that it is great to be able to feel the seasons so freely.
