Lazing by the pool in the heart of Taipei city

Views from the Grand Hilai Taipei's pool deck and bedrooms, gotta love it. It was fun to watch airliners flying overhead (Songshan airport is only afew miles away), puts you in the mood for an adventure.

Jokkng aside, this is a very large pool, very unusual in an urban setting, and staff yold me it's open year-round though it can get windy on the sundeck (located as it is between tall buildings on all sides)
