[Shiga] A spectacular autumn spot! Metasequoia Tree-lined Avenue 🍁

There are about 500 metasequoia trees planted along a stretch of about 2.4km. 🌳

In 1994, it was selected by the Yomiuri Shimbun as one of Japan's "100 New Street Trees," and has been attracting attention. 🤍

You can enjoy beautiful scenery in every season, from the budding buds and greenery of spring, the deep greenery of summer, the autumn leaves, and the bare trees and snowflakes of winter. 𓂃𓈒𓏸

I went on a Sunday, and it seemed like the number of people started to increase from around 8am. 🪽

There is a lot of traffic, so please be careful when taking photos on the road. ⚠︎

There are cafes around the tree-lined road, so it's a good idea to stop by one of them on your way home. ◎

It looks like it's going to be dyed bright red from now on. 🍁
I like the yellow leaves, so I'm glad I went at this time of year. 😌✨
