North Breakwater Dome in Winter

There is a structure with a slightly unusual shape on the seafront in the town of Wakkanai. It is the North Breakwater Dome. It was once used as a passageway between ferries and trains. It still functions as a breakwater today, and its impressive construction has made it a tourist attraction. In winter, it creates a beautiful landscape together with the snow.
