Seriously, who understands the misery of hiking 2 kilometers, being unable to find a taxi, and just feeling utterly exhausted and defeated? Take it from me, just stick to exploring within Windsor town itself – it's absolutely charming and has plenty to offer without the extra physical exertion. You'll find lovely shops, quaint streets, and fantastic views of the castle without the need for an epic march.
