Second Visit to Su Hang 365 All-You-Can-Eat 🥳
Enjoy 45 exquisite dishes with the new menu for just $980 per person. Groups of 6 or more receive a complimentary Divine Chicken Soup (half a chicken). Since we dined with 10 people today, we got a whole chicken 😸.
The ordering rules remain the same as last year. For the first round, you can order 1.5 times the number of people, so for 10 people, the first round allows 15 items (portions can be multiplied by 2 or 3). Subsequent orders can include 6 items at a time, with the last order placed around 1:40 PM.
This dining experience felt better than our visit on July 2nd. The flavors of the dishes were more balanced. Although the chicken soup was still lighter compared to last year, the price point is very appealing 🥳.
My personal favorites include Su Hang Dongpo Pork, Steamed Sea Bass, Yellow Croaker Tofu, Steamed Stinky Tofu, Stir-Fried Shrimp, Dry-Fried Trio, and Shrimp with Greens.
Today's Top 3 dishes were Steamed Sea Bass, Dongpo Pork, and Plum Tomato, each ordered 6 times. We ended up eating 12 fish in total, averaging 1.2 fish per person 🤣.
The dishes were generally delicious. For main courses, we only ordered Shanghai Vegetable Rice, which paired perfectly with the Dongpo Pork!
As for soups, we tried all three options, each with its own unique flavor and worth trying. However, the Salted Pork and Bamboo Shoot Soup was richer and more similar to chicken soup, with a generous portion. I recommend starting with the Bamboo Fungus Clam Chicken Soup or the Seafood Soup!
For dim sum, I suggest skipping most options, as only the Custard Bun was decent.
The dessert today was Longan and White Fungus Sweet Soup. The white fungus was stewed to a gelatinous texture, which was excellent!
You can add a drink for $20 per person if you order early. Today, we had 9 cups of Fresh Pomelo Kumquat and 1 cup of Ceylon Milk Cap, bringing the total to $1,100 per person. Everyone left satisfied ❤️.
Additionally, they provide hot tea and ice cubes at no extra charge for tea service!
Pro Tip: Prepare your first-round order and drink selections in advance and hand them to the server upon seating to speed things up 😎. The dishes started arriving shortly after the Divine Chicken Soup, so include some cold appetizers in the first round 😸.
For the second round, prepare your order while the first round is halfway served. At this point, you can also order a second soup (note that the Salted Pork and Bamboo Shoot Soup takes longer to prepare).
Friendly Reminder: Groups of 4 can also dine, but without the chicken soup. Spend over $10,000 to receive a membership card—don’t forget to ask for it!
