Praying for blessings from the Whispering God in Yangon

📍For those visiting Botahtaung Pagoda, we recommend crossing the road to the Mya Nan Nui Shrine, home to the Whispering God, also known as Amadaw Mya or Mya Nan Nui. Said to be the guardian naga of Botahtaung Pagoda, the shrine is said to be the guardian naga of the Botahtaung Pagoda.

📍To pray to the Whispering God, offer a bowl of milk and rice, which will be prepared by the staff. Then, meditate and whisper your wish into his ear.
