Hoshinoya Okinawa/Okinawa

I recently stayed at "Hoshinoya Okinawa," located on the main island of Okinawa 🌺
Hoshinoya Okinawa is surrounded by walls called "Gusuku." Gusuku refers to the ruins of fortresses from the 12th to 16th centuries found in the Ryukyu Islands, including Okinawa.
After checking in, the staff kindly escorted us to our room via a cart ✨
We stayed in a room on the second floor of the building called "Haru." The "Haru" rooms feature a terrace living area that feels like you're spending time by the seaside. Stepping out onto the terrace, you'll find a large sofa spacious enough for an adult man to comfortably lie down.
Relaxing on this sofa while gazing at the ocean felt like having the view all to ourselves—it was truly wonderful 😌
The highlight of Hoshinoya Okinawa is undoubtedly its pool! This pool connects seamlessly with the ocean year-round, creating the illusion that the pool and ocean are one, making it hard to distinguish where one ends and the other begins.
Another great feature is that the pool is open 24/7, all year round. I heard that the general manager paid special attention to designing this pool ☺️
At night, the pool is beautifully lit, making it a perfect spot to unwind by the poolside.
For breakfast, we opted for in-room dining. You can choose between Japanese and Western-style meals.
While the "Ryukyu Breakfast" served at the dining area sounded tempting, we decided to enjoy our meal in the comfort of our room this time 🤤
The weather was cloudy during our stay, so I hope to return on a sunny day to experience a different view ❣️
